Apply to be listed as a Volunteer Practitioner
This is an opportunity to provide a free, 1-hour session to those affected by the pandemic crisis and who don't have the resources to pay for services.
Upon acceptance of your volunteer submission form, you will be added to a Volunteer Practitioner Directory. Clients will contact you directly. The client will expect to hear from you within 48 hours.
You will receive a sample client intake form that contains a minimum amount of information we suggest you gather prior to the session. Also, we will provide a resource sheet for emergency services if you need to refer.
After each session, we would be grateful if you would complete a feedback form (link provided on the guidelines sheet) to help us track the effectiveness of the program.
