Bataka foam bat : move your energy!

Batakas foam bats are a great way to move energy and express repressed emotions. They are commonly used for anger management and body-oriented therapies like Bioenergetics and Core Energetics to help people feel blocks in their body.

The foam is custom shaped for the bataka to absorb the hits silently. It’s especially useful for places where noise is a nuisance and a regular bat is too loud. Also it is a lot safer thanks to the padding. That said, these are not recommended to use as encounter bat.

The wooden handle is made out of hickory, hand-sanded and finished with 2 coats of natural oil. It comes in two size: small and big. The small handle is thinner (3″ circumference) preferred by most women and people who prefer a lightweight bat. The large handle is thicker (4.5″ circumference) and heavier. Some practitioners like to have both so their clients can chose the one they prefer or couple can both work at the same time.
