Child parts are energetically alive in our bodies and waiting to be welcomed with understanding and compassion. Rejecting our young ones lead to fragmentation, self-judgement and chronic holding in the body. The existence of defenses are indicators of early coping mechanisms. Defenders often protect even younger more vulnerable places that feel scared, unloved, neglected, vulnerable, or invaded.

I am offering a 90-minute session devoted to reclaiming a child part that is calling out to be welcomed and loved. My role will be to assist you in identifying a soul part that keeps showing up in ways that are not serving you. My goal is twofold: to help you gain access to a specific child part and to help you access compassionate, loving adult energy to it.
