Bioenergetics Session with Sanjay Kevin Evran

Sanjay is a trained Bioenergetics Therapist and will be offering a full group session of up to 8 people. In the session he will be working with breathing and movement to open and release blocks in the body ~ specifically with opening the pelvis. The session will be 2 hours long, a mattress or thick yoga mat and a space where you can make sound is suggested.

Sanjay is a Radical Aliveness, Bioenergetics and Core Energetics Practitioner in private practice and has been working with individuals and groups since 2016.  He is passionate in supporting his clients come into deep contact with their body and holds a wide lens where systemic complexity can be seen and honored.
