The Post–Graduate year is designed to provide advanced training for Certified Core Energetics Practitioners. It’s purpose is to broaden and enhance the practice of Core Energetics by providing graduates of the 4 Year Practitioner training program depth and breadth in specialized aspects of the work including: group facilitation and leadership; sexuality; couples work; advanced psychosomatics; and the Universal Life Plan and Life Task as the final stage of Core Energetics. These themes are developed over the course of five three–day weekends taught by senior faculty members of the Institute.
An important component of professional development in the post–graduate year are: 1) the completion of a final project wherein participants have an opportunity to delve deeply and explore a particular aspect of the work with the support of a project supervisor. Projects are presented to the Institute at the final weekend; and 2) the presentation of a workshop during the course of a training wherein participants receive support in bringing forth their individuality and hone their presentation skills.
The program will be coordinated by Jac Conaway, Ph.D., Core Energetic therapist for over 35 years and former Executive Director of the NY Region Pathwork. Other faculty include:
- Brian and Marsha Gleason, founders of Exceptional Marriage Mentoring (EMM), bringing their skills and unique approach to couples work with a model grounded in Core Energetics
- Kuno Bachbauer, MD bringing his expertise of deep somatic work to the subject of Psychosomatics
- along with the Institute’s Executive Director, Warren Moe, and its Academic Director, Lisa Loustaunau
